Product Manager & UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

– Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

– Collecting information from all the various stakeholder

– Identifying product placement and defining the vision for the team’s product

– Creating and actively managing a product roadmap based on this vision

– Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements

– Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development

– Creating mockups

– Defining interface behavior

– Developing user stories

– Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

– Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates

– Defining Sprint goals

– Facilitating user testing

We develop and license software for innovation management. With our software, we enable companies and their innovation departments to involve employees (innosabi idea), customers (innosabi community) and external experts (innosabi partner) in their innovation processes. This allows to specifically address a large amount of people in a short period of time.
We already have a very comprehensive standard product, where the corporate identity can be adapted to the customer. Our customers can use just one feature or the entire range of features and thus synergies.
