What sets you apart

– You have minimum 2 years proven work experience as a Software Customer Success, experience in Innovation Management would be a plus
– You are fluent in German and English.
– You have experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
– Project Management is no secret to you (deadline management, coordination of all stakeholders, budget controlling etc.)
– You like to communicate and foster positive business relationships
– Your written communication skills are excellent too
– You like working in Customer service and you are solution oriented
– You have a strong team spirit
– HTML knowledge is a plus

Your responsibilities

Project Management
– Orchestrating the project follow-up (timeline, deliverables, training, costs, etc.)
– Onboarding and leading the design and implementation of new innovation platforms
– Monitoring existing innovation platforms and providing proactive support to help customers succeed with innosabi software
– Improving software features, usability and actionable innovation methods by passing on input from customer contact to the product and development team
– Providing technical support and reporting of software malfunctions

 

Client retention and sales support
– Leading meetings and regular phone calls with customers to make sure they stay satisfied
– Preparing and conducting kick-off appointments with new customers
– Executing trainings for new customers
– Identifying improvement potential for the customer in the use of the software and consult proactively
– Maintaining the relationship with the customers to strengthen the partnership and detect possible upsell / cross-sell opportunities
– Supporting in the sales process with technical and methodological know how

With our software, we enable companies and their innovation departments to involve employees (innosabi idea), customers (innosabi community) and external experts (innosabi partner) in their innovation processes. This allows to specifically address a large amount of people in a short period of time.
We already have a very comprehensive standard product, where the corporate identity can be adapted to the customer. Our customers can use just one feature or the entire range of features and thus synergies.
