What sets you apart
– You are fluent in German and English. Speaking French would be a plus
– You have experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
– Project Management is no secret to you (deadline management, costs, etc.)
– You like to communicate and foster positive business relationships
– Your written communication skills are excellent too
– You like working in Customer service and you are solution oriented
– You have a strong team spirit
– HTML knowledge is a plus
– You have a basic knowledge of GDPR regulations
Your responsibilities
– Orchestrating the project follow-up (timeline, deliverables, training, costs, etc.)
– Onboarding and leading the design and implementation of new innovation platforms
– Monitoring existing innovation platforms and providing proactive support to help customers succeed with innosabi software
– Improving software features, usability and actionable innovation methods by passing on input from customer contact to the product and development team
– Providing technical support and reporting of software malfunctions
Client retention
– Leading meetings and regular phone calls with customers
– Participating in kick-off appointments at the customer
– Conducting community workshops with customers
– Executing trainings for new customers
– Maintaining the relationship with the customers to strengthen the partnership and detect possible upsell / cross-sell opportunities
